Smart Trading Indicators will not issue refunds under any circumstances, except as required by law. In the event that the law requires a refund, only a refund for the amount required by law will be issued.
Customers are not entitled to a refund for any other reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with our services, lack of understanding of them, or failure to use our services.
Customers who wish to request a refund in exceptional cases where the law requires a refund must provide all necessary documentation and evidence to support their request. Additionally, Smart Trading Indicators reserves the right to investigate and verify any claims before approving a refund.
Refunds will not be issued if the customer cancels their account, fails to use our services, or stops using our services before the end of the contract term. Refunds will also not be issued for non-compliance with Smart Trading Indicators' Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.
Smart Trading Indicators is not responsible for any foreign transaction fees or exchange rates charged by your bank or credit card company for international purchases. Such charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Any dispute related to this refund policy will be governed by the laws of the state of Delaware. The parties involved agree that any dispute will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
This refund policy is part of Smart Trading Indicators' Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and is governed by them. Smart Trading Indicators reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time and without prior notice. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting on our website.
In the event of a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time after approval.
